    IR port

    does anyone know of an IR port that can send and receive signals and is programmable..
    probably connected to the computer using USB..

    I want to hook one up to my computer so that I can control it using a Universal Remote and so I can control the TV...

    Basically I have my tv feed from my satellite receiver into my computer.., with this program I would be able to change the channel using the computer...

    I plan on using VB to program it.., so I would need some sort of API to use it with...
