Is your integrated sound compatible with Sound Blaster, or what is it compatible with? You would either need the Alsa drivers, or the OSS drivers, depending on what you have on your card.

You will have to be more specific, so that you can get the help that you need.

The drivers that you are seeking should be on the CD that you used to install Red Hat. You should not have to go elsewere to go hunting for them. You also have to make sure that your Kernel is compiled to support the sound system that you have on your card, or the drivers will not work. If it's a real oddball sound system on your card, then you may have to disable the sound in your Bios, and get yourself a good sound card that is supported by Linux.
