Activate Office 2003 Pro on two desktops

I have two desktop that currently have Office 2000 Pro on each from one copy of the software. I'm thinking of grading to Office 2003. I've been reading about activation the product. Can one single copy be run on two desktops. I've read the EULA and I'm still not sure?

If you have two PCs, you need two licenses of Office 2003 (just like you should have had two licenses for Office 2000). Some versions of Office 2003 include the right to install a second copy on a laptop for the main PC user's exclusive use, but it doesn't stretch to a second PC.
