I know a couple of HP/Compaq employees who are fully certified and highly educated but lack the work experience to get a better paying job in a market that is glutted with unemployed, university educated, ex-Nortel staffers with years and years of experience and the same certifications. I maybe getting cynical as I approach middle age but something tells me that India's unemployment rate has never been close to single digits. There is a reason why tech support is called an entry level position after all.
