I don't claim Dell's tech support superior, but I agree with Steve, they are good computers that seldom break down where you can't fix them. The online version of Dell, usually has all drivers needed and the website is easy enough to navigate to find those drivers. 
btw, my brother says those tech support on phone are actually street people they (computer tech support) use.
