    Windows update problem

    Hello All, When I click on the Windows Update page, (in IE6) all I see is a blank page and nothing more loads. I have disabled the pop-up stopper and also the firewall. (Outpost)
    Any suggestions?

    Go here http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/catalog and download the 'windows update' update for your OS.

    Reboot and retry.
