Transfering data
I want to transfer data from old (2 GB HDD) to newer 15 GB HDD.
What is the best way to do that?

Copy it across...
Sorry, what is on the drive, are you wanting to transfer an operating system across to boot from the new drive?

You can use Ghost, or if you dont own it visit the HDD manufacturers web site and download their free software. That should do the job for you.

Windows 3.11 for Dummies
Windows 95 for Dummies (Second Chapter)

Backup Boogaloo, you know it makes sense to do.

Being an old DOS hound, I would probably use XCOPY from a boot disk or the Command Prompt to transfer the contents of the old drive to the new one.
If you'd like more information on doing it this way, please let us know the state of the new drive, eg is it already partitioned with an active partition and clean formatted?
