    IBM Thinkpad 380e

    Hi all, I have a friend with an old thinkpad 380e and he was offered a 380xd processor to put it it. Basicly he wants to know will it work with his model?

    380 Line of ThinkPads

    Jay;

    Unless you have something other to offer as far as a special model.. The 380 line is NOT upgradeable in the processor.

    The CPU is fixed to the main board.
