    Free Windows Security Update CD from Microsoft

    The CD contains service packs and critical updates released through to October 2003, as well as information on securing a PC. It's not enough to bring a machine right up-to-date, but for those of you with dialup it could come in very useful next time you reinstall.

    The CD and shipping are free, and there's a fairly decent list of countries it can be sent to.

    Nice. Weird how they didn't throw in the three big ones from your other thread, but it was probably already in mass production when that happened..(?) I wonder about the free trial software. Thanks for the link!

    Thats great. I wanted to order it for my Dad in the UK, but unfortunately, its not included in the list for some reason. Anyone got a clue why?

    That would indeed be a big help (on dial-up here). Clicked on English>next and got "Unable to process your order at this time." Overload maybe?

    Hmmm............Rather odd no UK listing?
    Cant use the US/Canadian and the other has just about every other English speaking country but ours ..........BAH HUMBUG TO BILLY BOB!

    Maybe. US (English) is working for me at the moment, so just keep trying.

    when you say got yours, do you mean you already received it ?

    I just ordered mine and it says it's gonna take 2-4 weeks,I'm order number 2872 - for Australia I'm guessing.
