starting a webcam

i found a website selling a $20 usb color video camera that id like to put in my chicken coop and i was wondering wat i would have to do to get it up and running on a web site

i have several questions and any answer is greatly apreciated...

1.) can i put the cam on a website like one of the free ones on yahoo or should i buy a domain name and get a web hosting company to host it?
2.) if i need to get a website host, what host is the most "webcam friendly"???
3.) do i have to get a cam that plugs directlyi into a network hub or can i use this usb one?
