Ive been using BT for a while now but i find that some trackers arent working, ever. I was wondering if i can change trackers of files that ive already started to download.

Also for HQD Loader, my friend told me it was alot faster that BT but i cant any .hqd files, does anyone know of any sites which host them or provide links? No warez sites plz!!
