    Error Message with IPAQ 3835

    I hope someone can figure this one out. I haVe an IPAQ 3835, when putting it in the cradle I have a message on the IPAQ "Shortcut Target" with a RED X "Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename"
    This is when I put in the cradle, so the result is it is not connected. Any help will be great.

    It sounds to me like Active Sync isn't installed.

    Either that or Activesync needs to be reinstalled. If you haven't upgraded the ROM on your iPAQ yet I would suggest doing that first.

    Ok, Active Sync is installed and has worked previously. I will uninstall Active Sync and try again. I will post back after I have done that.
