help with excel

well, it's just that i am putting some team match ups on to a poster board and i am getting annoyed on the fact that i dont know how to add another line to a cell..., I have copied and paisted a few from notepad but that is getting old....

basically i have-
Team1 vs Team2

and i want
Team1
VS
Team2

I have just copied an enter char and now i can just shift + Insert it into there but it would still be nice to know how your are suppost to do it...

how do i autosize a whole bunch of rows/collums at once..

Press ALT&ENTER at the point you want the "carriage return".
E.g.
Type:
Team1[ALT+ENTER]
VS[ALT+ENTER]
Team2[ALT+ENTER]

By Autosize I assume you mean resize column to fit contents, in which case select columns by header (e.g A/B/C/D) and position mouse cursor over the right edge until you get the cursor shown in the attachement and then double-click.
