What's wrong with ppl like that, doing something then suing the company when they could have clearly stopped themselves from doing it.
Like macdonalds, if you think its unhealthy don't eat there.
Don't eat there and sue for the consequences

Virtual Dr has made me addicted to helping people with their computer problems, who do I sue? 
The problem with this litigation culture is that we all end up paying for it in the long run. Even if it's only to hire lawyers to defend that action, they will have to pass the costs on to their customers eventually.

Perhaps the winner of the Super Ball Lottery should sue the the poser who claimed to have lost the ticket for the 110 million or so before taxes claiming she felt pressured into taking a "Lump Sum Penalty"

Hmm like when my wife goes to bed at say 11pm and I say "I'll be in shortly" and then come to bed at 4.00am.
Like I've just spent 5 hours "tweaking the computer" - time for me to sue Billy boy for all those lost hours of sleep.
