Ok her is the problem,When I start the computer. When it starts windows.
"Cannot find a device file that may be need to run windows or a Windows application.
The windows registry or SYSTEM.INI file refers to this device file, but the device no longer exists.
If you deleted this file on purpose, try to uninstalling the associated application using its uninstall or setup program.
If you still want to use the application associated with this device file, try reinstalling that application to replace the missing file.
C:\Windows\system\VMM32\NTKERN.VXD
Press any key to continue"
Then it goes to my desk top and says in a gray box"Error Starting Program
"The LOADWC.EXE file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:wnsprintfA."
Please help!

Get into CONTROL PANEL, double click on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, click on Windows Setup, highlight Communications, uncheck Dial-Up, hit remove, this will uninstall Dial-Up adapter, reboot, go back and reverse and re-install, reboot should fix er.....

Both of these issues may have been caused ny 95 being overlayed on top of itself
For the NTKERN error:
Boot Safe mode
Go into ADD/Remove programs. Uninstall the USB supplement
Reboot
Reinstall it
This is a known issue
For the Loadwc error
Remove loadwc from the following key in the registry hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run
Reboot
If 95 was installed on top of otself you may have also lost the ability to drag & dtop/ copy & paste. If that is the case reinstall IE 5 or greater and then follow what up by remopving the loadwc key from the registry again
That should do it for both

What sound card?
Look in control panel - system - device manager - sound video & game controllers.
What does it report?
Any splats (!) ?
If so, reinstall your sound card drivers

It's interesting how technology has evolved from manual Windows 95 setups to today's online tools and interactive tests. People still enjoy comparing experiences and results, whether it's troubleshooting a PC or taking fun challenge-based quizzes.
