Can't install AVG
New build for a computer everything runs fine except I'm unable to get the free version of AVG (client's choice of Anti-virus protection) to install. They simply haven't responded with an email supplying the serial number. It has been 3 days already with a request sent in almost every 2 hours for the last 3 days! ARGHHH They claim they are supposed to respond within minutes. The only piece of truth I have found on their site is that it has NO technical support. I tried contacting AVG to get this worked out and their response was that the free version has no support! Would any of you kind people happen to have a serial number for the free version that you would care to share? I don't believe this would violate their EULA as it is supposed to be free. your thoughts?

Hi Calpitor
May i sugest you retry completeing the name/address details once more as it is working.
BTW Serials seem to change on each build version downloaded.

Who'da thunk it? Either Hotmail was refusing the email or Grisoft won't use hotmail accounts. 1 attempt using the clients ISP email address and we got a quick reply.
