    did opera 3.62 take over my computer?

    it says "too many directory windows open "and i only have 2 or less windows open and my files are missing.. i know c drive has 3 bad sectors .. i have the drive divided into two

    Maybe the "missing files" have something to do with it?

    Does Opera work OK if you close all other Windows?

    How much RAM do you have?

    How much free space is left on the hard drive?

    What is FILES= set to in your C:\CONFIG.SYS?

    oh its a 486 75 mhz 8 megs of ram.. i still get the error message but i found if i click disk in file manager and then click select drive it works ..so it seems it all works ok now.. now i wonder how i get dial up networking in terminal
