Windows XP Pro hangs
When try to start PC Windows XP Pro hangs on Windows XP Professional with blue indicator, and then blue indicator disappears

With the limited information given, I would suggest you do an in-place reinstall.

If you can start in Safe Mode find your boot.ini file in the root folder of C:\ and add " /sos /bootlog" without the quotes after " /fastdetect". Then when you try to boot normally you'll see all the drivers loading and you can see hwere it's hanging. If it goes past that stage, then the boot log should show where the hang is occurring. It lives in the %Systemroot%\Windows folder and is called Ntbtlog.txt.
