Excel opening but document not.
Hello, I have a user who when opening any excel document, the document appears to open, but the desktop is apparent in the main window where the cells would be. The Formula bar appears twice, the top one is live, and the bottom one appears but is unclickable. If he opens Excel and then opens the document, everything is ok.
I haven't found a consistent way to fix this recurring problem.

Hi Steve,
The box was already cleared. When I minimize excel, there is no message. The window is totally transparent where the cells should be. I have tried applying SP2 on Office XP, and the system is running Windows 2000 Pro. I tried changing the graphic accelleration all the way down to none, no luck. If he opens excel first, no problems.
