Downloading Internet Explorer
I want to put Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher on my laptop computer, but it does not have access to the internet(I need internet explorer to get some other programs to work). Is there a way to download all of the files and save them onto a CD so I can move them over to the laptop?
Thanks,
Tom

Yes,
download the 1/2 meg stub (ie6setup.exe) from the MS download server. then
run this syntax to download the entire IE SP (for all OSes).
c:\wherever\ie6setup.exe /Q:A /C:"ie6wzd /d:1 /Q:C /S:""#e"""

I'm sure the method posted above by TeeDub will work fine.
Here's a different way:
Download IE to your hard drive
