    moving a window

    does anyone heard of a program, if freeware better, that allows you to move a window without having to click on the tittle bar?
    i don`t care if it`s thru a keyboard combination, like the `alt`+ mouse of the x windows system.
    i know the `alt`+ space + `m` windows keyboard shortcut, but i`m looking for something faster.

    i found this useful program, you can move a window but just pressing the right click of mouse -anywhere inside the window- and a the `control`+`shift` keyboard combination.
    and it`s free.
