Windows Update
When I try to update Windows2000, I get the following message:
"You did not accept the license agreement for this item. If you do not wish to install this item, you can remove it."
Never had a chance to even select the updates, when I try to select the item count stays at zero.
Any help would be appreciated.

I hope you're on the MS update site and not installing an email attachment?
Anyone can make a mistake - to make a really good job of it use a computer.

Firewall and Active X problem perhaps is it a recent problem or have you never tried the MS update before?
Any new security related software installed?

Updates worked for about a year (the computer is a year old). I have Panda firewall running at default setting. Tried removing it, no change, update still gave the error. Checked all MS articles, no help there either.
I will keep looking for a solution.
Thanks for all your help.
