NT Server and interenet logon
Is there anyway to create users and or a policy on a NT Server that would force users that want to use the interent to log on. And would NT log that information?
Forgot to add that the users are coming from windows 98

This isn't really a feature of NT Server...
Microsoft has ISA Server product, to do this, which you can install on an NT server.
Or you can get one of many third party "proxy" packages... there's one called Gatekeeper that claims to integrate with NT domain accounts.
