    win xp activation

please note before reading this that what i want to do is completely LEGAL and federal law gives me the right to use this software on both of my computers and that i have no intention of distributing it illigally so i dont want to hear anything about it being unlawful

i just bought a copy of windows xp pro thinking i could install it on both of my computers but aparently mirosoft will only let me put it on one system and i was wondering if anyone knows where to get a WORKING crack for the windows activation...

no crack available for this..but unless you have purchased a 2 user copy what your doing IS illegal.....

FYI...if you need to *reinstall* a copy of xp onto your *main* pc..you will need to call the support number that is shown when you select to activate by phone

    Howdy:

Read your EULA from Microsoft.. One computer to one XP program.. What you are trying to do is NOT legal unless you are using the multi-user license..

You are allowed to place OfficeXP on two systems owned by you, but NOT the XP operating system !!

Well that's a shame, maybe you should go post this question somewhere they don't care about obeying the law.
As has been made quite clear, your interperetation of Fedeal law notwithstanding, the LICENCE AGREEMENT you must accept makes it quite clear the product licence applies to a single machine only. Any attempt to install one licenced copy on more than one machine simultaneously is in breach of that agreement and is therefore illegal.

That's two questions in 10 days in clear breach of the Acceptable Use Policy of these forums.

Please don't continue to ask our members to help you break tha law.
