Exchange Server Distribution list

Hi,
I opened a new user account in exchange server 5.5 and add him in distribution list. everyday his distribution list is automatically removed. any help or hint is apprecieated.

There's no user designated as owner of the list who keeps saying "Who the heck is this!?!? " and removing the person?

The other thing I can think of is, if you have multiple Exchange sites, maybe a problem with replication not working properly? i.e. you have one site that thinks he doesn't belong there and it is somehow overriding your changes each night when they replicate. Doesn't make sense though.... you'd probably be seeing tons of other weird problems.
