    What should your ram be for windows 98 be. I have 127.0 mb. Can someone tell me if that is not enough how to get it back. I have had lots of problems with this in the past weeks.

    Hi crazyjustin 1,,It would be much better if you would put this question in your other post or start a new thread so more members could see it. How much memory do you have installed physically? 128MB perhaps? If so,the reading you get from Windoze 'can' be off by a meg or two. Just one of 'those' Windoze quirks... If you have onboard graphics that uses say, 8MB,it will use that much from your RAM. And if you have 128MB installed it would read 120MB. Not to worry about. But installing another 128MB stick if acceptable to your PC would help quite a' lot...

    I used to have 300 ram. This is a brand new customized computer. I really think I have a virus or some thing. but thanks for the help
