    Question Dialup connection problem

    For some unknown reason I have a problem now when I click to start IE, my computer doses not go to the dialup command anymore. I checked my dialup status and it says never dial a connection? I have changed this several times and it always reverts back to never dial. What has caused this to happen and how do I fix it?
    Heard at a local auto-repair shop:
    "I couldn't repair your brakes,
    so I made your horn louder."
