Should I be concerned that the "blue bar" on the toolbar(?)(bottom of page)does not fully fill the space when I attempt to open a web address and the globe continues to spin? This has been happening for the longest but I have just decided to post my question about this. Most times the page will load and these 2 items are still active and this includes the loading of forums on our board. I hope that I have described this correctly. And as usual, TIA.

Buf you might try what I do in this situation. Press "Stop" on the menu bar at top, then refresh the page. Seems to work for me most times. hth

photolady(you are not in the boonies but perhaps just in the open country where scenery is beautifully plentiful!!) thanks for your words. I meant to include pretty much what you said in your reply. I don't really worry about this situation but it just seems unusual.

The situation you're having and I've had, is annoying to say the least. but if you can live with it, so I can I. And have.

I am not really in the boonies, yes, this is a beautiful place to live but at one time (my early years from birth) I lived in your state too.
