Virus!!??!!??

ok i have a W32.Welchia.Worm virus located in C:\WINDOWS\System32\wins\DLLHOST.EXE. I ran NAV and it found it but it says that access to the file is denied and that it was unable to repair the file. How do i get rid of this stupid virus

download the welchia fix tool from here:
