From what a quick search returned, it looks as if Support.com is spyware:

or it may be a part of @home's support.

I'd recommend downloading and running both AdAware and SpyBot. I use both because they each find different types of spyware.

Stating OS version will help the forum to better advise you.
Since they posted in the WinME forum, we're probably safe in assuming they're using WinME.
