    Unhappy same trouble with star office.

    well its not just the media player that i have trouble connecting, its star office aswell. i was going to ask microsoft for help but they charge you £1 per minute, so i thought i would try this and hope someone out there can help me (seriously ).
    i have windows xp home edition , it just says "page cannot be displayed" and at the bottam it says " cannot connect to server or dns error". as u can see i can access the internet well enough but these two applcations wont do.
