any one using litestep?

i was wondering if somebody could please give a url where i can find the newest version of `lsapi.dll`, i`m trying to run `chronos 1.5`, and it requires a newer version than the one i have.
in the program`s creator site there is a link to that file, but i wasn`t able to access it for the last couple of days.
i simply don`t want to reinstall litestep in order to get the new dll.
