    Powerpoint Presentation

I have created a Powerpoint presentation with music. ppt file. I also have done one as a pps file. I copied the file ppt or pps file to a CD-R and also added the .wav file of the music that is to play with the presentation. When I look at the files after I have burned the cd it only shows a an audio file. I copied one ppt and 2 .wav files or one pps file with 2 wav files.
The pps file and wav files are the ones I would like to use but it is not working either way.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this.
    Thanks,

Use the "Pack and Go" feature to pack all the linked files in your presentation, then burn that to the CD-R.

It should be on the File menu in PowerPoint. If not, it means you didn't choose the option of installing it when you originally installed PowerPoint - you can install it now.

PowerPoint 2000 "Help" gives following instructions for Pack and Go:

Pack up a presentation for use on another computer
Open the presentation you want to pack.

On the File menu, click Pack and Go.

Follow the instructions in the Pack and Go Wizard.
    If prompted, insert another disk.

    Notes

If you pack a Web presentation, it is unpacked as a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation rather than a Web presentation.

The Pack and Go Wizard cannot include TrueType fonts that have built-in copyright restrictions. Before you distribute your presentation, you might want to unpack it and view the presentation to make sure all the fonts you use are available.

Note: Don't forget to use the "Help" feature built in to you PowerPoint program.
