    Some people think that they already have it. Note that Fuelm@n's final version of Messenger 6 shows version number 6.0.0602, while the public preview (available on June 18th) carried version number 6.0.0268.

    fuelman is it working now? i downloaded it and it wont let me sign in it says i do not have a passport even though i have been usinf 5.0 for a while when i tried to repair the 6.0 it said the net resources were not available to do this to try again later.

    cant figure this out messenger 5.0 works fine messenger 6.06.02 wont let me sign in says i do not have a internet connection. i am on cable guess i will stick with the older version.

    I've had no problems running 6 all day, the connection issue maybe related to a firewall, if you so have one installed.

    It wouldn't surprise me if there's a connection issue on their end. I'm sure this download is going to be enormously popular and their servers are going to be very busy for a few days.
