SoYo SY-K7VTA Socket A MB problem?

My computer will shut down randomly and it has me stumped. I have a SoYo SY-K7VTA Socket A MB that I installed and I don't know if there could be a problem with it or something else? What if anything would cause this

    Could be the PSU.
    You may test it. http://www.ochardware.com/articles/p.../psuvolt2.html

If this ends up being the problem could it have caused any permanent problems with the MB?

PSU issues can cause damage to a mobo, but I doubt in your case it did.

Does your Soyo motherboard have the "FOC" feature enabled? If so you might check the CPU fan and its connectors to make sure it is not dropping out.
