    dvd problem?

    Hi all,
    Over the last few days each time i try to watch a dvd i get about half an hour into the film then my pc crashes to blue screen of death, when i restart it says windows has recovered from a serious error and gives the following details-

    Error report contents-
    C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\mini070603-01.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\DAVIDW~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

    Error signature-
    BCCode : d1 BCP1 : 7D996EE8 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 :00000000 BCP4 :F87E8E6F OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP :1_0 Product 256_1

    Does anyone know what this problem is or how i can fix it? Pc spec is in sig

    You may just try reinstalling the DVD program that you use to view the movies.
