    Unhappy Need Audio Driver for an HP xt948

    I am needing the correct audio driver that goes with an HP xt948 Pavilion model. I'm unable to locate it on HP site, nor have I actually seen the card that belongs to this model, yet. If anyone is able to provide me with the correct driver, I'll be your best friend for life!

    I'm in Houston and I have one day to locate this, or the card will have to be replaced with a new one. Plug and Plug installs the incorrect one and I have no disc for this system.

    the original card in this sysstem was an AC97 Audio and can be found here

    Thanks very much for your time and effort, I really do appreciate it. Turns out the motherboard was changed out on the system with a cheap MS-6754 board. Someone here in Houston previously worked on this system and screwed it all up, I just about straighted out or cleaned up their mess.
