"GOD" I hate spam
Can someone tell me the best anti-spam program I can get... This spam stuff is way out of control...
Heard at a local auto-repair shop:
"I couldn't repair your brakes,
so I made your horn louder."

I'm a fan of IHATESPAM. It integrates right into Outlook:

Look into Spam Assassin which is mostly used on the server side, but has some client side applications that use it.
Also, look into Baysian filtering methods

You may also check with your e-mail provider and see if they have any online options to catch spam, as some do. I myself use Mailwasher to preview my mail, before I call on my e-mail client.
