    forum's

does anyone know of any good webased forum's i could use ?

i have used chatbear which seems good but is basic.

i dont like the way you have to login to masterbear to move a topic etc....

i dont really like ezboard because it is slow and the advert's take the pee i know they gotta make there money but they got more popup's than a warez site.

i have tried making my own forum's first with phb then snitz but dont understand any of it i mean i dont even know where to start all i got is lots of icons and asp files.

does anyone know about phb or is it php or whatever this site is made in or snitz www.snitz.com.

    thanx mike

    Try,

    http://www.phpbb.com

    http://www.invisionboard.com/

Phpbb is an excellent opensource BBS, but you need a MySql database and php on your webserver to use it.
