Mozilla and Windows XP

I am running Mozilla in Windows XP (pro) and Windows 2000 (pro). IE favorites import fine in the Windows 2000 system, but not on the XP system.
Are there any tricks?

Is it the same version of IE on both systems? Same version of Mozilla on both?

Please provide details of the two browsers in each environment.

1.4b: 2003050704 Mozilla and 6.0. 2800. 110615 IE on both computers.
Mozilla works fine, less this problem.

What exactly happens when you try to import favorites on the XP system? Do you get NO entries, garbage entries, error messages, etc.?

Absolutely nothing happens, NO entries.

Sorry burgert, I'm at a loss. Perhaps those more knowledgable than me will respond.

I was hoping to see some striking difference between the two, but your answers proved otherwise. I use both Mozilla and IE on multiple systems, from Win 98 thru XP, and have not experienced the problem, but my versions of Mozilla and IE are both earlier than yours. Good Luck!

Thanks for trying, I reinstalled Mozilla (cleaned registry) and it works fine now.
