Have used WashAndGo a few times now & everytime that I run it I have to reinstall my scanjet software as when I go to run the scanner, I have the reinstal window popup and have to reinstall it.
I presume when I run WashAndGo it is removing a certain file.
Under Options in WashAndGo I know there are options for not having certain things removed.
I am not sure wether it is a .bak,dll,temp file as I am not so much of an expert!
Any help would be appreciated!
