    Hi Allyn,
Thanks for letting me know you haven't had any problems with the snooze or new version of EZTrust. I appreciate it.
I haven't been using the snooze since my problems (using c/a/d instead) or upgraded EZ Trust yet. But I think EZTrust was affected by the other software problems. In fact, I installed another new version of Spybot yesterday and everything froze while it was scanning (it's a known problem right now). I couldn't even reboot my pc - it wasn't responding. EZTrust had nothing to do with it, it wasn't even running.
    Sincerely, Nancee

You have or is MSN instant Messager used on that computer?
If so get the latest version of eTrust, and downgrade MSN Im to 4.6 . http://www.oldversion.com/ has it. That is what eTrust and I worked out as they sure conflict. Rather, I worked it out and they agreed with it after a few hours.

    Hi Train,
I don't have MSN Messenger, but I appreciate your passing that info on in case I did. Looking back on when I had problems with the snooze, it seems to me it happened when I tried to use the registration thingy for att.net and it froze and failed. It also happened (I think) when removing the old Spyware Blaster or installing the new one and also when Spybot froze my pc when it got to C2Lop. So now I'm thinking EZTrust snooze was affected by the other problems.
I just used the snooze a little while ago while running Spybot and everything went fine. (I had to exclude the C2Lop in Spybot until that problem is fixed). This was the first time I used snooze since all these problems started.
    Sincerely, Nancy
