Disk Management to Format HD
Can someone point me to a tutorial on how to use Windows XP's disk management tool to format a slaved or external hard drive?

Hi,
Right click on the partition(which you must create first) and choose format.

Thanks Mike3d.
I do not want to partition drive. It is 80GB firewire external that I want to format as FAT 32. Do I still need to take some kind of action as far as partitioning?

Hi again 
You need to create a partition to format it(as fat32).
You should be able to create the partition here also i cant remember exactly how will move to a xp machine in a few mins if i get time or somebody else may help.
