    Telephone call waiting when on dialup isp service

    Hi All I know their is a program for dial up customers to use so that they can get a flash on screen when they are connected to their isp so they may answer tele calls. The one I am thinking of let's the caller leave a message which shows on screen. Problem is I can't find the program anyone got a link to such a program. Thanks
