Which is better Raedon 9700 or gforce 4 ti600
Hi all merry x mas,
I am thinking of upgrading my graphics card, but i cant choose which one?
Which is better for online gaming the raedon 9700 pro or the gforce 4 ti600 platinum?
My pc spec is:
AMD 1800+
400 watt power supply,
512 DDr ram,
Creative audigy 5.1 platinum,
Bt Broadband,
I have visited many sites and most point towards ther raedon
Can anyone explain the difference betwwen the two?

Hello.
I was going get a raedon video card but reading so much about them and i've also been told by my computer shop, they are great cards if you can get them to work. So many motherboards have trouble with them and you'll proberly have trouble finding drivers etc for every new game you play.
Also I myself went for Geforce4 Ti 4200. I'd stay away from ti600 because they're not worth the extra money at this stage. The performace difference from 4200 to anything above is very small indeed.
Anyway this is my opinion and I wish you best of luck in finding
1 a raedon that works or 2, get what you pay for in the geforce4 ti's cards.
