Fonts
I need to obtain and install some specialty fonts for use in Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Never having had any reason to care, I don't know anything about fonts.
Do I just install them into the system and then they show up in the above programs font lists? I looked around in Firework's program files and didn't see anything about fonts so I'm assuming it uses the systems fonts.
TIA

Just copy your fonts into the windows font folder .
In win98 , C:\WINDOWS\FONTS
Or from C:\WINDOWS\FONTS , File - Install New Font - (browse to font) , select - ok
There is a limit on win95/98 to the number of fonts but unless you have 600-700 you should have no problem , I have 426 + another couple of hundred I install/uninstall as needed.

There is no such thing as overkill. 'Open fire' and 'is it dead?' are the only sane options when threatened.

GW, thanks that was easy! Tried it with some holiday fonts on the page at work.
