usb drivers 4 dos

please help can you get usb drivers 4 msdos, i have a old laptop and deleted some files in win98 when i rebooted it just stops in dos i have tried start up disk but when rebooted win98 flashes up and comes back to dos please help.......................... i wanted the usb drivers for a external cd rom as my laptop does not have a cd rom to reinstall windows thanks for any help..

However, if that doesn;t help, there are other ways to transfer files to a laptop without a CD-ROM drive.

Check out this Virtual Dr. Thread. Basically, if they are available, you should be able to get them from the manufacturer of the CDROM.
