soundcard wont work, help needed pls
I need help fixing my soundcard. My specs are on my signature.
This is what happens, I start my computer, the music, mp3s, soundcard works fine. After I go to www.getmusic.com to watch some music videos or after like 5 minutes, some 'unidentified program' uses my sound, so I cannot listen to music anymore because I get this error message stating that another program is using the soundcard.
-Can someone please help me get rid of this problem, thanks

sounds like spyware to me! better get yourself a copy of Adaware and do a deep scan in your registry and all of your harddrives.

you said you went to getmusic.com. Perhaps it autoinstalled its own program which is accessing your soundcard and bypassing any program that is defaulted to output sound/music. Might not be spyware...

I would follow chorro's advice. Adaware is a top notch spyware killer. It only runs when you need to check your system.
