New Dell. During setup it asker for user name so I typed in my name. I had to do a XP reinstall and the choices were owner or admin. I chose owner.

I thought I had lost my programs so started to install some and then discovered they were there but wouldn't show up on desktop, programs, favorites, etc.

The only users that show up anywhere are owner and guest.
How do I get the programs stored under my name to show and run?
