    How does one create a boot disk in W2K?

    How does one create a boot disk in W2K? I haven't seen where to or how to. Thanks.

    Insert a blank, formatted, 3.5-inch, 1.44-MB disk into the floppy disk drive.
    Insert the Windows 2000 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
    Click Start | Run
    Type or copy d:\bootdisk\makeboot a:
    (where d: is the drive letter assigned to your CD-ROM drive)
    Click OK
    Follow the screen prompts

    But isn't the MS-DOS bootable disk tool available when you format a floppy drive?
